Board of Assessors approves routine exemption and abatement applications

WRENTHAM — Board of Assessors approves veterans exemptions and real estate abatements. Vice Chairman Edward O'Neil and Member Irene Levesque unanimously approved three Clause 22 Veterans Exemptions and one Clause 22D Veterans Exemption for fiscal year 2026, with Assessor Robert Scotton present. The board also approved two real estate abatement applications numbered 2 and 8, and accepted the FY 2026 Actual Tax Notice of Commitment Summary Page.
The board reviewed monthly reports for December 2025 and January 2026, and tabled review of FY 2027 Chapter Land Applications pending future consideration.
