Planning Board continues hearing on 234-unit Kendrick Street development

WRENTHAM — Planning Board unanimously postpones hearing on 234-unit rental project. The board voted to continue the public hearing for CPC Land Acquisition Company, LLC and FMC Corporation's proposed development at 55 Kendrick Street to March 18, 2026, after the applicant requested a continuance. The project includes approximately 15,000 square feet of retail or other commercial uses on Assessor's Map L-10, Block 4, Lot 1.
The board also discussed Town Meeting preparation and zoning amendment procedures ahead of a scheduled March 4 public hearing on zoning proposals.
