Board of Assessors approves five exemptions and tax commitments

Wrentham Assessors unanimously advance five tax exemptions and motor vehicle commitments for fiscal 2026. At its January 29 meeting, the Board of Assessors voted unanimously to approve one small commercial real estate exemption, one Clause 22 Veterans Exemption, and three Clause 22E Veterans Exemption applications. Chairman Thomas DiPlacido, Vice Chairman Edward O'Neil, and Member Irene Levesque also unanimously accepted 2025 Motor Vehicle Commitment 7 and 2026 Motor Vehicle Commitment 1, along with the Warrant Letter for the City of Attleboro PILOT.
