WRENTHAM — Zoning Board of Appeals reorganizes under new Chair. William Casbarra was unanimously elected Chair of the Wrentham Zoning Board of Appeals at its January 28 meeting, replacing departing Chair William Burns. The board approved prior meeting minutes and unanimously continued the public hearing for 9 Cee Jay Terrace, case 2025-09, to February 11, 2026, at 7 p.m., acting on the applicant's request.
Casbarra requested the board take two weeks to consider filling the vacant Vice-Chair and remaining officer positions before proceeding to a vote.
