Wrentham Zoning Board grants special permit for DiPlacido Development Corp. dwelling. Vice-Chair William Casbarra, along with Daniel Humphreys, James Lawrence, Rachel Hill, and Jeanne Lightbody, voted unanimously 5-0 to approve construction of a 1,372 square foot single-family dwelling at 9 Cee Jay Terrace, acting on remand from Land Court. The Board found the proposal in harmony with the neighborhood and compliant with by-law requirements.
The permit is conditioned on resolution of a driveway encroachment from an abutting property at 147 Winter Street; Town Counsel will draft the decision for March 25 review, and if no easement agreement is reached, the applicant cannot obtain a building permit.
