Wrentham Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved a special permit for James and Jessica Flynn to demolish and reconstruct a three-bedroom, 3,474-gross-square-foot single-family dwelling at 195 Elysium St on April 8. The board determined the proposal, featuring a 28.36-foot building height and minimal lot coverage increase from 4.8 to 4.9 percent, matches the surrounding neighborhood and does not intensify the lot's three existing nonconformities.
