Wrentham Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved a special permit for James and Jessica Flynn to demolish and reconstruct a three-bedroom, 3,474-gross-square-foot single-family dwelling at 195 Elysium St on April 8. The board determined the proposal, featuring a 28.36-foot building height and minimal lot coverage increase from 4.8 to 4.9 percent, matches the surrounding neighborhood and does not intensify the lot's three existing nonconformities. Consultant Rick Goodreau confirmed electrical service will relocate underground after discussion with National Grid.
All five voting members, with Clerk Daniel Humphreys recused, approved the permit without special conditions.
