WRENTHAM — Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved a remand decision on a variance at 9 Cee Jay Terrace, resolving an abutting property encroachment through a condition requiring documented mutual agreement before building permit issuance. Chair James Lawrence and members William Casbarra, Daniel Humphreys, Jonathan McAlister, Rachel Hill, and Sean Barry voted to accept the decision as amended, with Town Counsel Steve Chaplin noting that applicant DiPlacido Development Corp. and the neighbor at 147 Winter Street have been negotiating resolution. In related business, the Board unanimously appointed McAlister to represent the ZBA on the Housing Production Plan Steering Committee.
