WRENTHAM — Zoning Board reorganizes with unanimous votes on new officers. Chair William Casbarra appointed James Lawrence as Vice-Chair and Daniel Humphreys as Clerk, both unanimously. The board then continued a contested public hearing on a proposed single-family dwelling at 9 Cee Jay Terrace, with applicant DiPlacido Development Corp presenting revised plans in response to abutter concerns, until March 11.
Casbarra declined an abutter petition requesting his recusal, citing no financial conflict and a filed disclosure form.
