Wrentham seniors invited to back pain presentation
Wrentham announced a presentation for seniors on causes and remedies for low back pain and sciatica, with sign-up through the Senior Center.
The town of Wrentham announced Nov. 2 a presentation for seniors called "Let's Get BACK to Business," presented by Accelerated Performance Rehabilitation.
The program is aimed at seniors dealing with back pain that affects daily activities such as walking, sleeping or driving, as well as those hoping to avoid future back problems. Attendees will learn about common causes of low back pain and sciatica, including how issues in the back can lead to pain, numbness and tingling in the legs. The presentation will also cover some simple remedies.
Seniors interested in attending can sign up by calling the Senior Center at 508-384-5425 or emailing LPlympton@wrentham.gov.
