Select Board · Meeting of September 1, 2026

Wrentham Select Board authorizes $5 million bond anticipation notes for school. Voting unanimously on September 1, the board approved the sale of $5 million in General Obligation Bond Anticipation Notes at 4.00 percent interest, maturing September 16, 2027, sold to TD Financial Products LLC at par plus a $57,650 premium. The action finances the $60,483,172 Roderick Elementary School replacement project, which was authorized by town meeting votes in June 2026 and excluded from Proposition 2.5 limitations.

Chair Christopher Gallo also presided over unanimous approval of business license amendments for LaFamilia and Cracker Barrel, special event permits, two committee appointments, and installation of "Children at Play" warning signs on Blake Road and Fisher Road.
