Select Board endorses $106.55M Roderick School project, approves West Street land purchase.

Wrentham Select Board unanimously endorses $106.55 million Roderick School project for state approval. Presiding in the absence of Chair Christopher Gallo, Vice Chair Michelle Rouse led the 4-0 vote with members James Anderson, William Harrington, and Roy Lamothe to forward the School Building Committee's recommendation to the Massachusetts School Building Authority. The board also voted 4-0 to purchase approximately 65 acres at 2095 West Street for $2.5 million under authority granted by the May 2025 Special Town Meeting.
Chair Gallo or Vice Chair Rouse were authorized to execute all purchase documents, including a conservation restriction.
