Wrentham Select Board unanimously approves $19.56 million bond issuance for public works facility. Town Manager Michael King said the bonds were sold to Fidelity Capital Markets at $20,067,735.61 plus accrued interest, with principal payments spanning 30 years through 2056 and interest rates from 4.000 percent to 5.000 percent. The Board also unanimously adopted the FY2027 fiscal budget, approved the June 1 Annual Spring Town Meeting warrant and the June 15 Special Election warrant, and accepted the resignation of Anna Deschamps from the Elderly and Disabled Taxation Fund Committee effective June 1.
