Wrentham Public Works Building Committee votes to demolish existing facility. In a 4-1 decision, the committee approved demolition of the existing Public Works building, with member Brian Antonioli dissenting; the committee then unanimously voted 5-0 to direct Helene Kart Architects to prepare a bid package with demolition and site work as the base bid and a vehicle canopy as alternate number one, targeted for July 2026 bidding. The committee considered renovation into a cold storage facility but chose demolition.

The committee also approved $2.48 million in May invoices and $40,287 in change orders for the ongoing new Public Works building project.
