Wrentham Planning Board unanimously endorses lot-division plan for Franklin Street duplex project. The board approved Approval Not Required Plan #2026-01 for parcels at 700, 760, and 800 Franklin Street, submitted by DiPlacido Development Corp. and Axtrixon Peabody Trust, clearing the way for two previously approved duplexes to proceed to construction. Chair Thomas Maloney presided over a six-member quorum with one member absent.
The board heard general discussion on adding self-storage as a permitted use in the Route 1 North Zoning District and on rezoning South Street from R-43 to B-2, but recorded no formal votes on either proposal.
