Wrentham Planning Board opens hearings for 72-room hotel and Taco Bell outparcel. Board Chair Thomas Maloney and members voted unanimously to open and continue to July 15 both the Arbor Inn Motel redevelopment on Washington Street, which would expand the site from 39 to 72 rooms in a 3-story structure, and a proposed 2,115-square-foot Taco Bell with drive-thru at the Premium Outlets outparcel. The Arbor Inn applicant must correct stormwater documentation describing the building as 2-story rather than 3.
Both hearings proceed pending peer review and traffic engineer findings scheduled for July 15.
