Wrentham Planning Board postpones decision on proposed sports equipment storage facility expansion. The board continued its hearing on a site plan modification for Sports Turf Specialties at 20 & 20R Kenneth Miner Drive pending revised plans to address violations of 2008 storage restrictions. Applicant Greenn 1A LLC proposes a 7,200-square-foot garage and parking expansion to 39 spaces.
Abutter Tim O'Connell testified that approximately 14 tractors are currently stored on site in violation of existing conditions. The hearing resumes September 16, 2026 at 7:10 p.m.
