Planning Board continues Kendrick Street hearing to mid-April

WRENTHAM — Planning Board grants sixth continuance for Kendrick Street development to April. The board voted 7-0 to accept CPC Land Acquisition Company LLC/FMC Corporation's request to delay the public hearing on a 234-unit rental community with 15,000 square feet of retail and other uses at 55 Kendrick Street to April 15, 2026. Chair Thomas Maloney noted the applicant had previously sought five continuances.

Director Rachel Benson also briefed the board on the town's Housing Production Plan and requested a volunteer member to serve on the steering committee.
