WRENTHAM — Planning Board advances trio of development proposals at February meeting. The board unanimously continued the public hearing for a 234-unit rental community with 15,000 square feet of retail space at 55 Kendrick Street to February 18, 2026 at 7:10 p.m. A new public hearing opened for the "Renner Farm Estates" subdivision at 280 Berry Street, seeking approval of two lots, a cul-de-sac roadway, and a stormwater permit, with seven waivers requested; Fire Deputy Patrick McMorrow flagged hydrant and road-width standards for compliance, and the board continued the hearing to March 4, 2026 at 7:10 p.m. to review revisions.
Attorney Dan Vieira presented a rezone proposal for three South Street parcels from R-43 to B-1 and/or B-2 commercial district at Wampum Corner near Interstate 495, and the board requested refined use-table and boundary options for a public hearing also set for March 4, 2026.
