Planning Board approves Renner Farm Estates subdivision at 280 Berry St.

WRENTHAM — Planning Board unanimously approves Renner Farm Estates two-lot subdivision at 280 Berry Street. Chair Thomas Maloney, Vice-Chair Charles Woodhams, Jr., and Clerk Robert English were unanimously re-elected in the board's annual reorganization. The board approved all waivers and conditions for the definitive subdivision plan submitted by applicants Eliot and Tracy Jamgochian, with Director Rachel Benson confirming the developer may return for special permit review.
In a separate action, the board unanimously granted a withdrawal request from the 55143 Kendrick Street applicant and ordered return of all unexpended Section 61A funds.
