Council on Aging · Meeting of January 20, 2026
Wrentham Council on Aging discusses senior center capacity limits and operational needs. Director Janet Angelico presented the mid-year expenditure report and proposed increasing the part-time outreach position from 28 to 35 hours per week, pending review by town leadership. The Council submitted a capital budget request to replace the Council's vehicle.
Programs including bocce, swimming, exercise classes, and Mah Jongg have reached capacity, and the Council noted facility concerns including refrigerator repair needs and risks from surrounding pine trees.
