Conservation Commission issues resource delineation order for Thurston Street site
Conservation Commission · Meeting of April 9, 2026
WRENTHAM — Conservation Commission issues resource-area delineation order for 483 Thurston Street. Chair Leo Immonen and the commission voted unanimously to issue the order with conditions, determining that areas previously flagged by state mapping as wetlands do not meet jurisdictional thresholds under Massachusetts law or town bylaw. Agent Darryl Luce recommended the applicant employ low-impact development and careful storm water management when the project advances to the Planning Board.
The commission also approved a Certificate of Compliance for a septic system upgrade at 1305 West Street and continued two public hearings on a Red Dam improvement project and a resource-area delineation at 170 Sheldon Road and 355 Chestnut Street to April 23.
