Wrentham Conservation Commission unanimously approves truck parking expansion and residential garage permits. Conservation Agent Darryl Luce oversaw Orders for an expansion of paved and gravel parking at 20 & 20R Kenneth A. Miner Drive for truck parking and off-loading, with snow meltwater managed through the stormwater system and work in sensitive areas proceeding from upland positions.
A second permit approved construction of a 24-by-12-foot garage at 391 Franklin Street for Michael Jr. and Patricia Kovalski, which touches but does not disturb the 100-foot wetlands buffer and requires no bonding. The Commission also continued a hearing on a two-lot residential subdivision at 280 Berry Street until September 10.
