Conservation Commission approves septic repair, schedules two hearings

Wrentham advances two residential projects to continued conservation review. The board scheduled June 11 hearings for James Flynn's proposed house reconstruction at 195 Elysium Street and Eliot Jamgochian's two-lot subdivision at 280 Berry Street, while approving a negative determination for Michael Trowbridge Sr.'s septic system repair at 55 Walnut Road, which will relocate two failing leeching pits 22 feet farther from Mirror Lake. All votes passed unanimously, 5-0-0.
Chair Leo Immonen was reappointed to the Community Preservation Committee.
