Conservation Commission · Meeting of July 9, 2026

Wrentham Conservation Commission approves Shore Drive retaining wall replacement and continues Martha's Way hearing. The Commission voted unanimously to issue an Order of Conditions for Gerald Willette's Shore Drive retaining wall project with standard conditions and no bond required. For the Rice Fields project at William Rice Recreation Complex, applicants Michael Moonan and Jay Hall of CHA received a negative determination of applicability after revising their plan to keep the two baseball and three soccer fields outside the 100-foot wetland buffer zone.

The Commission continued the public hearing for Todd and Monica Page's Martha's Way home project, requesting modifications including a 12-inch compost sock, limit-of-work fencing, and marking of an adjacent certified vernal pool.
