WRENTHAM — Commission approves resource delineation for Boston Blackstone's 77-acre project. The Conservation Commission issued an Order of Resource Area Delineation on April 23 for a three-parcel Boston Blackstone Group LLC development on Sheldon Road and Chestnut Street. The delineation accepts inland wetland resources including a perennial stream and 10,000 linear feet of bordering vegetated wetland; potential vernal pools were not formally delineated.

The Commission also approved a negative determination for a deck construction project at 10 Shore Drive and issued a Certificate of Compliance for a single-family home at 120 Cherry Street; a public hearing on proposed Red Dam improvements at Lake Pearl was continued to May 14.
