Wrentham Public Works Building Committee unanimously awards $55,000 testing contract as construction begins. The committee selected Geotech Consultants for site and materials testing on a not-to-exceed basis at its February 11 meeting. Construction of the new Public Works facility is underway with erosion control setup initiated and preconstruction meetings held with department heads in early February.
Committee Chair John Murphy and members will oversee the project through weekly Thursday meetings at 11 a.m., with Castagna Construction submitting its first requisition by February 27 for March approval.
