Commission issues three orders for Eastside Rd. water and septic work

Wrentham Conservation Commission issues three septic system orders for Eastside Road properties. The Commission unanimously approved three Orders of Conditions for septic system installations and water line work at 440, 450, and 460 Eastside Road. United Consultants consultant Rick Goodreau represented all three applicants on projects involving directional drilling and hand-digging of water and sewer sleeves into existing structures, with septic pumping to settlement tanks before leaching trenches.
The Commission also issued a negative determination for a deck replacement project at 179 Walnut Road and continued two resource area delineation hearings to March 26, 2026.
