Board of Health approves septic variances for two Eastside Road properties

Board of Health · Meeting of April 8, 2026

Wrentham Board of Health unanimously approves two septic system variances on Eastside Road. The board approved modifications at 440 and 450 Eastside Road during its April meeting, allowing pump chambers and a septic tank closer to required setbacks with deed restrictions limiting occupancy to two bedrooms. Board of Health Agent Matt Tanis verified the necessity of both variance requests.

The board also voted to reinstate the tobacco license for Hot Shot Beer and Wine at 60 South Street to owner George Zakhary, who had missed the January 31 renewal deadline.
