Wrentham Zoning Board continues shed variance hearing. The Zoning Board of Appeals on June 10 continued the public hearing for a variance petition at 525 Thurston St to August 12, 2026, with applicants David Brown and Marie-Elise Boyer-Brown requesting the continuance as they determine their next steps. The variance would allow an existing 20.1-foot-high shed to be 8.84 feet from the side lot line instead of the required setback distance.

The board also tabled its reorganization, stating all five voting members must be present to proceed. The board unanimously approved minutes from its May 13 meeting.
